Start with 1/2 C Tamari sauce or Coconut aminos if you are soy free+ 1 Tbsp grated ginger+ 1/4C rice wine vinegar +1 tbsp sesame oil+ 1 tbsp coconut sugar, honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Pour into jar and shake. Enjoy as a marinade, stir fry sauce, or part of a salad dressing~
